Swapping Your Gear for a Better Fit
Sometimes a shipment takes a rough ride across the plains, or you realize the Bunkhouse Linen you ordered is A4 when your printer is strictly a US Letter kind of horse. Whatever the reason, we want to make sure the stationery on your desk is exactly what you need to get the job done.
1. Handling Damaged Goods
If your package arrives and looks like it was caught in a stampede, don't worry. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and the safety of our shipments.
The First Step: Take a clear photo of the damaged packaging and the affected stationery.
The Dispatch: Send those photos along with your order number to
support@z3n-scaled-amer-25kup.zendesk.com.The Resolution: Once we verify the damage, we’ll rush a replacement out to you at no extra cost. You don't even need to send the damaged goods back—just recycle them and wait for the new wagon to arrive.
2. Swapping Incorrect Sizes
Ordering paper can be tricky, especially with the subtle differences between Frontier sizes. If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong dimensions:
The Condition: We can only exchange paper that is still in its original, unopened wrapping. Once the seal is broken on a ream of Bunkhouse Linen or Frontier Smooth, we can no longer verify its pristine condition.
The Process: Reach out to us via Live Chat or Email. We will provide you with a return authorization. You’ll send the incorrect size back to the outpost, and as soon as it's checked in, we’ll ship the correct size to you.
Shipping Costs: For size exchanges due to ordering errors, the customer is responsible for the return shipping to the outpost. However, we'll cover the "trail fees" to ship the correct replacement back to you!
